Timings Companies can arrive from 8am in the morning, and must be fully set-up by 11am. Attendees arrive from 10.45am with the doors opening at 11:00am. The event finishes at 5pm. Timings both days: 9:00am – Venue open – companies can start arriving to set up 11:00am – All companies set 10:45am – Non event pass holders to leave the venue 11:00am – Main event starts 11:30 am – 1:30pm – First session 1:30pm – 2:30pm – Session ends, 1 hr break 1:30pm – 2:30pm – Lunch delivered 2:30pm – 5:00pm – Second session 5:00pm – Main event finishes 5pm – 6pm – Packdown 8pm – Venue closes The venue will be open 9.00am – 6.30pm Friday for full weekend companies to set up.
