The space booked determines the size, number of passes and plugs on the stand: Furniture We have wooden trestle tables and plastic foldable chairs available for your spaces. There will be enough for 1 table and 2 chairs per stand – please request one when you arrive on the day. Table dimensions: Internet All spaces have access to free WiFi on a shared bandwidth throughout the event. This is suitable for showing off your company website or collecting crucial data from the candidates you meet (we recommend keeping offline copies too). If you require more substantial usage, such as streaming video or some product demos, you may require a wired internet point with a fixed bandwidth for your space. Wired internet pricing: 1 x 5Meg wired internet point £210 + VAT 1 x 20Meg wired internet point £570 + VAT To book your wired internet point, please submit the form via the link below and we’ll be in touch shortly. Wired Internet Booking Form Electrics and plug sockets Every exhibition space at SMR has access to power, free of charge. The number of plug sockets you have access to is dependent on the size of the space you have booked (see above). Due to the venue having limited power you can’t bring your own extension cables – as we have to carefully monitor the amount of power being used to ensure we don’t go over capacity. If you require additional plug sockets for your space, please submit the booking form via the link below. Additional plug sockets are £50 +VAT each. All of your equipment must be PAT tested.
