Review your CV’s content and tone: think about what you want to convey – you’re leaving that CxO with a one page summary of your career history, your skills and professional interests, plus a sense of what you’re looking for. Double check for typos! And of course, your name, email and website. Similarly to your CV, make sure your business cards include all your important contact details and reflect who you are and what you are looking for. If you’ve carried the same cards around for years, this is the time to create some fresh ones!
