Covid guidance

We are really looking forward to welcoming everyone back to the event. It’s our top priority to keep everyone as safe as possible, here’s how we’re managing covid during the live:

– In line with government advice, we are encouraging anyone with any symptoms to self-test before attending the event to ensure they do not have COVID-19. If positive, please stay away from the event to protect attendees, exhibitors and the team.
– Optional mask wearing.
– Cleaners will be keeping the venue clean throughout and thoroughly cleaning the communal areas.
– We advise that people regularly wash their hands. Avoid shaking hands and make use of the hand sanitiser stations throughout.
– Where you can, please cycle or car share rather than get public transport.
– Keep a safe distance – Be mindful about others and their personal space.
– We won’t be asking clients for a ‘vaccine passport’ to attend events, but actively encourage self-testing, especially if you are displaying any symptoms.
