Packdown Packdown is from 5 – 6pm Saturday and Sunday – see more about timings here. We’re super proud to see the lengths that people go to to stand out at the event and we love what companies have built over the years and we hope to see it continue. This being said, we don’t want them as souvenirs after the event, so please ensure you take with or dispose of everything on your stand before you leave the venue. Equally, if you are using a third party or courier to pack down at the end of the event, please ensure you are there to check they take everything and nothing is left behind. Anything left behind is done so at your own risk, as per the Terms and Conditions. For external production companies using larger vehicles, please packdown your stand and bring the vehicle onsite between 7 – 9pm. Large vehicles will not be allowed onsite before 7pm.
