Sustainability at #SMRnov19

It can be easy to get wrapped up in the excitement, but you need to keep your wits about you for just a little bit longer so you can get through the process of negotiating your salary. While your salary is one part of the package, it’s important to understand that it is probably the only part of your package that changes when you get a raise (assuming equity is not part of the compensation package). Many thanks to the more than 3,000 of you who joined us, chatted to some innovative tech companies, grabbed a free coffee or beer, networked with some talented like-minded tech folk (then challenged them at street fighter), tried the best falafel in London courtesy of Imad’s Syrian Kitchen, were inspired by the speakers at our opening talks, and hopefully got some great leads on some exciting job opportunities!
